Person Specification
- An earned PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree in Mental Health & Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
OR
- Hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health & Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited and recognized University with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
- A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and have a valid practice license;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Progress towards completion of PhD will be an added advantage.
