Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in purchasing and supply chain management, or relevant experience, with more than 2 years of work experience in a busy warehouse/store. Preferably a manufacturing company

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Accuracy and good with numbers.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • High Level Of Integrity
  • Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision
  • Flexible Work Schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader to understand truck allocations.
  • Coordinate with godown clerks, loaders, and forklift operators to ensure trucks are loaded on time.
  • Ensure correct quality and quantity of materials are loaded onto trucks, and monitor SAP codes, color codes, and truck numbers to ensure they match the waybills or delivery notes.
  • Provide proper guidance to truck drivers, loaders, and forklift operators to ensure loading operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to obtain final confirmation for materials loaded onto trucks and ensure materials are transferred to the receiving area on time across all shifts.
  • Maintain effective coordination with the Production (Grading) Department.
  • Conduct thorough checks of SAP codes, color codes, quantity, and quality of materials, and provide confirmation. In case of any deviation, correct it in coordination with the Grading Department Manager.
  • Coordinate with godown clerks to ensure the timely transfer of materials from the receiving area to the godown.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
