Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  

• 2–5 years’ experience in technical or industrial sales
  

• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
  

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  

• Results-oriented with a proactive mindset
  

• Drive solution-based sales and achieve revenue targets
  

• Engage clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
  

• Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations
  

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support solution design and deal closure
  

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
