Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging qualified candidates to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and continuous relationship-building with both active and passive candidates across multiple roles and industries.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, and experienced in sourcing strategies, with the ability to independently build pipelines that support high-volume or specialized hiring demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage talent pipelines.
  • English C1


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring positions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, professional networking, and specialized sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and level of interest.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and progress.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
