Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Business Operations function and daily operations across all departments, ensuring effective coordination, efficiency, and alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, improving existing revenue streams, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and cross functional teams to align product development with business needs, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into operational and technical deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of products and services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and systems to support scalability and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, operational efficiency, and customer metrics, and take corrective action where needed.
- Provide oversight of projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage company budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
- Support and lead business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, pricing strategies, and client negotiations.
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and long-term value creation.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and contribute to revenue growth.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Identify talent and capability gaps, supporting recruitment and continuous professional development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Track and report on operational, financial, and commercial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present periodic performance and strategic reports to the Board, providing clear insights on operations, financials, and growth initiatives.
