Description
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of seven (7) years' progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least three (3) years managing sales or business development teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience managing key accounts, pricing, contract negotiations, and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the agribusiness, FMCG, food production, or value chain sectors
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business decisions.
