Description
The SAP Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between end-users and technical teams, ensuring the smooth operation and user adoption of SAP systems within the organization. It involves providing timely support to users, facilitating system adoption through hands-on guidance, and collaborating with technical teams to address recurring issues. The position calls for a balance of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to support business operations and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
  1. SAP Certification is a plus but not required.

  2. 1+ years of experience in SAP support or IT support roles.


Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support via phone, email, or other communication tools to end-users experiencing SAP-related issues.

  2. Manage and close SAP support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

  3. Guide users in the effective use of SAP modules by offering hands-on support and training as needed.

  4. Work closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure consistent support for SAP issues.

  5. Report on recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to prevent future errors.

  6. Assist in the installation and setup of SAP software for new users.

  7. Maintain and update SAP systems to ensure they remain aligned with company needs.
