Kika Power & Construction Limited is a dynamic and growing company specializing in construction and power infrastructure projects. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on-site operations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kenya.
Location: Nairobi (with nationwide project deployment)
Technical Execution: Interpret structural drawings and ensure strict quality control (QA/QC) to ministry standards.
Compliance: Enforce NCA building regulations, DOSHS safety rules, and NEMA guidelines.
Reporting: Maintain site diaries and deliver weekly progress and budget updates.
Education: Degree/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Registration: Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or IEK.Accreditation: Valid NCA Construction Site Supervisor accreditation.
Experience: 5–10 years managing Kenyan road works, infrastructure, or commercial builds.
Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project; fluent in English and Kiswahili.
