Experience:

- Minimum7 years of experience in sales & marketing of commercial printing goods or

promotional giveaway items

-

Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a sales& marketing team of at least 10 individuals.

- 

Exposureto several technologies including: sheet fed offset, large format printing,digital printing, screen printing

-  Serving atleast 50 clients, and selling a minimum of 100 SKU’s


- 

Managingsales of at least 1,000,000 USD per annum
- Minimum 30 years old -Maximum 45 years old
.

Product line:             

CommercialPrinting (books, posters, flyers, carnets), Large Format printing (billboards,

pull up banners, tear drops), Garmenting (corporate uniforms, customizedt-shirts, polos, overalls) and promotional giveaway items (USBs, mugs, agendas,etc.)



Responsibilities

Experience:

  • Ability to identify & develop new product categories

  • Production:

    1. Strong understanding of production processes (offset printing, large format, garment
    2. manufacturing)

    HumanResources:


    1. Ability to manage, monitor & inspire a team of 10+ individuals

  • Goal setting for subordinates and subsequent productivity and target monitoring

  • Staff recruitment & induction

  • AdministrativeSkills:


    1. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with working on SAP (ideally)

      1. Managing Commercial Department sales & marketing team and related administrative tasks, alongside
      2. the other Sales & Marketing Manager – Commercial Department

  • Induction process & recruitment for new staff

  • Staff productivity analysis

      1. Record keeping (sample approvals, contracts, etc.)

    1. QMS/Environmental audit participation, if required

      1. Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are delivered as per client requirements
