To support finance during its current period of growth while also providing a university student with a learning experience.

Purpose

DCA Cambodia has 29 projects implemented by 23 NGO partners, which brings a heavier workload and increases requirements from different donors. The intern/volunteer will support the finance and admin team to achieve a better quality of work with good results.

• Filing voucher, make photocopy invoice
  
• Count office supplies, kitchen supplies, inventory
  
• Invoice verification
  
• Filling preparation: folder number with relevant info; Month, Year, PV # (start-end).. etc._
  
• Upload documents to the Intranet when needed
  
• Scan documents (contract, invoice…)
  
• Assist in finding supporting documents.
  
• Assist in checking advance requests with calculation
  
• Assist in checking procurement documentation is completed as required in the checklist (for Simple and Negotiated procedure)
  
• Other assigned tasks as required
