- You have 3 - 4 years of experience, working with industrial generators and synchronization systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in power plants, data centers, or large industrial facilities.
- At least 3 years experience in generator and/or compressor service.
- Strong understanding of generator operation and control systems.
- Stong understanding of synchronization principles (voltage, frequency, phase matching).
- Experience with synchronization panels, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driving license.
