Description
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product roadmap, including prioritization,sequencing, and delivery rationale
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product strategies and execution plans
Technical & AI Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams on system architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations
- Contribute to AI/ML product design, ensuring models align with real-world use cases and performance expectations
Customer Intelligence & Experience
- Gather and translate customer requirements—especially around governance and compliance—into actionable product features
- Engage directly with users to understand product experience and drive continuous improvement
Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning and adoption
- Develop materials, messaging, and tools that enable teams to effectively sell and support the product
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead the rollout and adoption of new features and capabilities internally and externally
- Drive user onboarding, engagement, and long-term product utilization
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align engineering, business, and leadership stakeholders around product priorities
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and analyzing product metrics
- Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to bridge engineering and business audiences effectively
