  • 5+ years experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Administration, or similar role
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple functions effectively
  • Experience building relationships with external and internal clients
  • Proven track record of working well within a team environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects
  • Creative problem solver, tackling the most difficult challenges, knowing how to get to the best solution

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. You have the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating phone screens and interview loops, working directly with the candidates and hiring teams to ensure that the interview experience is both positive and enjoyable for all
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) information to ensure data accuracy, workflow status, etc
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and posting jobs to the company website and job boards
  • Coordinate and calendar phone, onsite, and virtual interviews for candidates
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for remote candidates and manage candidate expense process, as needed
  • Meet and greet candidates who are on-site for an interview
  • Participate in recruiting events and assist with other recruiting activities as needed
  • Working collaboratively with recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity
  • Preparing offer letters and on-boarding documents
  • Initiate and track candidate background checks
  • Assist with ad hoc HR administrative duties and reporting, as needed
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and metrics for reporting
