Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • An MBA or master’s degree in any management and strategic course is a significant advantage.
  • Possession of at least one of the following certifications is an added advantage: Certified Chartered Accountant (CCA)/ACCA; Project Management Professional (PMP); CISM; COREN
  • At least 10 years post-qualification experience in corporate performance management techniques in a reputable organisation with at least 5 years in a supervisory role .


Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the design, implementation and periodic review of the corporate strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Identify and use value levers to craft strategies towards improving corporate performance
  • Collaborates with division/sub division heads to initiate and implement special projects.
  • Prepare and analyse periodic corporate strategy and special projects reports to highlight issues and recommend remedial actions.
  • Drives and sustains integration among other functions for the purpose of planning and measuring the use of common systems that speak to overall corporate Strategy and projects.
  • Drives organisational strategy session and conducts periodic corporate performance review (this will involve monitoring the implementation of action plans devised during review session). Strategy session to be conducted by February of every year.
  • Liaises with relevant stakeholders to develop an automated information management system for the storage and retrieval of key information and various corporate reports.
  • Carry out other sundry assignments as stipulated by the MD.
