Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Female Merchandiser to join our team within the distribution and service industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring
the company’s sales performance across various retail outlets and supermarkets, ensuring product visibility, availability, and strong brand presence within Nairobi and surrounding areas.




Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in merchandising within the distribution or service industry.
  • Experience working with retail outlets and supermarkets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
  • Knowledge of the Nairobi retail market is an added advantage.

Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track company sales at assigned retail outlets and supermarkets.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and outlet staff.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide sales and competitor activity reports.
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
  • Support the achievement of set sales targets.
