As a Helpdesk Executive, you will
provide support to customers and you will ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate
customer service needs with other functions as required. Receive, Record,
assign, and monitor all calls and escalate where necessary.


Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Executive, you will
provide support to customers and you will ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate
customer service needs with other functions as required. Receive, Record,
assign, and monitor all calls and escalate where necessary.


  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Update Customer base with new customer information
  • Update existing customer information 
  • Update all calls received on Navision. Does this sound better?
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
  • Collect and preserve the job cards and signoff documentations for future reference
